Step-Up Academy
The Step-Up Academy at BabySteps is designed to be a personal and professional mentoring program for a cohort of women served at BabySteps. The Step-Up Academy helps women identify their strenths and set personal goals, develop new skills, apply those skills within the supportive environment of BabySteps and then support them to take steps to consider new opportunities for education and employment. This 12-week bi-annual mentoring program empowers women to break the cycle of dependence on social services; increasing their family’s well being.
